International Shipping:
CigarAccessories.com can ship internationally to any country that UPS or USPS delivers to. Please make sure you check your local regulations about any duties, taxes, brokerage fees or custom fees that maybe due upon arrival in your country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Any cost incurred by a refused delivery will also be responsible by the buyer.
In order to attempt to lessen brokerage fees you can choose UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Saver, USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International.

Orders to Canada:
Brokerage fees only apply if shipped via UPS Standard to Canada.
Returns:
We want your shopping with us to be worry free. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase you may return your unused items within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the full product price.
